What does Google have to do with anything here? If you don't buy from Apple you don't need iTunes to put it on your device. Amazon, Xbox music, etc Apple knows why kids love the taste too they're willing to sell you the generic for a hell of lot more than anyone else charges. It's a joke. Wish they still had Safari for Windows. I think it was a lot of work to update Safari for Windows, and there's a lot of new web technologies now which means they have to be developed for both platforms. However, Microsoft Edge is a pretty nice browser. I gave it a try when I updated to Windows 10 and it works nicely and seems pretty fast. As a web developer myself, Edge seems to also keep up pretty well with new web technologies too.
